1. 수집하는 정보 / Information we collect
로그인 시 Google 계정의 이메일 주소와 표시 이름, 계정 식별자를 처리합니다. 팬이 직접 입력한 팬 네임, 도시·국가, 언어, 마음함 대화와 서비스 이용 기록도 저장될 수 있습니다. 로그인 전에는 익명 팬 식별 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다.
When you sign in, we process your Google account email address, display name and account identifier. We may also store the fan name, city or country, language, heartbox messages and service activity you choose to provide. An anonymous fan identifier cookie may be used before sign-in.
2. 이용 목적 / How we use it
팬 프로필과 마음함 이야기를 여러 기기에서 이어주고, 더 좋은 콘텐츠와 팬 경험을 준비하며 서비스를 안정적으로 운영하기 위해 사용합니다. 광고 판매나 결제에는 사용하지 않습니다.
We use this information to keep fan profiles and heartbox messages connected across devices, improve future content and fan experiences, and operate the service. It is not used to sell advertising or process payments.
3. 로그인 및 서비스 제공자 / Providers
로그인에는 Google Identity Services를 사용합니다. 마음함은 실제 멤버와의 실시간 대화가 아닌 자동 응답형 디지털 공간이며, 대화 처리를 위해 OpenAI API가 사용될 수 있습니다. 사이트 제공과 데이터 저장을 위해 운영 인프라 제공자가 필요한 범위에서 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공자의 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.
Google Identity Services is used for sign-in. The heartbox is an automated digital space, not a real-time conversation with the member, and messages may be processed with the OpenAI API. Infrastructure providers may process technical information as needed to deliver and store the service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
4. 보관과 이용자 선택 / Retention and your choices
계정에 연결된 참여 기록은 팬 서비스를 운영하는 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터와 쿠키를 지우면 해당 기기의 익명 식별자와 위시리스트를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 기록의 열람·정정·삭제가 필요한 경우 THE ARK FOUNDATION의 공식 운영 채널을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
Account-linked activity may be retained while the fan service is operated. Clearing this site’s browser data and cookies removes the anonymous identifier and wishlist on that device. Requests to access, correct or delete account records can be made through THE ARK FOUNDATION’s official support channel.
5. 소식과 외부 링크 / Updates and external links
팬 홈의 소식은 공개된 공식 게시물을 바탕으로 제공됩니다. 연결된 외부 사이트와 SNS에는 각 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.
Fan-home updates are based on officially published posts. Linked external sites and social platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. 팬 인사이트와 내부 리포트 / Fan insights and internal reports
팬이 마음함에 남긴 텍스트는 주제와 감정 신호로 분류되어 다음 콘텐츠·앨범·팬 커뮤니케이션을 위한 내부 인사이트와 주간 리포트에 반영될 수 있습니다. 원문과 리포트 접근은 승인된 운영 인력으로 제한하며, 민감한 개인정보나 타인의 정보를 입력하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.
Heart Line messages may be classified by topic and sentiment and included in internal weekly insights for future content, albums and fan communication. Access to raw messages and reports is limited to approved staff. Please avoid entering sensitive personal data or information about others.
